Following Jesus includes caring for our emotional and mental well-being. Join us for a meaningful workshop addressing the loneliness epidemic and exploring how emotional and mental health connect with discipleship.
Designed for our whole church, this workshop will offer space for learning, reflection, and honest conversation. Books will be provided at no charge to support you as you continue growing in understanding and faith.
