Family Camp Retreat at Warren Willis | October 17 – 19, 2025

We’re headed to Warren Willis for a special weekend of family fellowship, fun, and worship—and we’d love for you to join us! This retreat is designed to give families a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with one another, and enjoy time together in a Christ-centered environment.

Event Details

  • When: October 17–19, 2025 | Friday 5 PM – Sunday 11 AM
  • Where: Warren Willis Camp and Conference Center, 4990 Picciola Rd, Fruitland Park, FL 34731

What’s Included

  • Lodging and all meals beginning with Saturday breakfast
  • Planned activities, family bonding time, and worship experiences
  • A refreshing pause and reset for the whole family

Cost
TGP is covering a portion of the cost to make this retreat more affordable for our families. You are only responsible for the deposit:

  • $50 for the first person
  • $20 for each additional person in your party

How to Register

  • Create an account (or log in if you already have one).
  • Select Family Camp Weekend – 2025 and complete the registration form.
  • On the payment tab, select deposit only and process your payment.

You’ll receive an email with your receipt and waiver(s). Please print and sign one waiver for each member of your family and bring them with you.

Important: Email a copy of your receipt to Jenny at jannis@thegatheringplacefl.org so we can keep track of balances owed.
