Registration fee for timed run includes t-shirt, chip, bib, and finisher medal
Awards to 1st/2nd/3rd place overall, 1st place master, 1st place grandmaster. Age group awards to 1st/2nd/3rd place in 5-year increments from 14 and under, 15-19,…75 and over)
5K Walk (untimed) – In-person event on October 7, 2023 in John Prince Park (start 7:32am)
Registration fee for non-timed includes t-shirt, bib, and finisher medal.
5K Virtual Event – Run/Walk a 5K at your own place between September 29 and October 10, 2023
Registration fee includes t-shirt, finisher medal, virtual bib and finisher certificate.
